Smooth Solutions won the competitive bid to scan over 14 million birth and death records for all the five boroughs of New York City

New York City School Construction Authority
Smooth Solutions and the NYC School Construction Authority have a $1 million contract to provide on-going document conversion/database services and consulting for scanning and uploading over 250,000 images and CAD files to an existing Alchemy database. Alchemy was purchased from Smooth Solutions and is currently available to more than 1000 users for the retrieval of contract documents and drawings associated with over 1,400 public schools in New York City, along with:
- Asbestos Reports
- Install Alchemy on hundreds of desktops
- Instantaneous Retrieval and Network Plotting
- City Agency Access (NYC Police Department)
